Road Hazard I purchased my Continental tires from Subaru of Jacksonville in July 2019. With this purchase came Road Hazard insurance. I picked up a wicked piece I purchased my Continental tires from Subaru of Jacksonville in July 2019. With this purchase came Road Hazard insurance. I picked up a wicked piece of metal in one of my tires, had to put on the spare, and took the tire in to be fixed. The size and nature of the Road Hazard precluded the dealership from repairing the tire. The Road Hazard insurance picked up the cost of the new tire. I dropped into the dealership without an appointment and expected to have to wait as they assessed the tire and take appropriate action. Michael got me in and out in under 2 hours. I have had nothing but great experiences with this Service department and my 2014 Forester has had all maintenance and repairs done at Subaru of Jacksonville. More

Service done much quicker than expected I took my 2019 Forester in for its' 12,000 mile service and was greeted by Gabe. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I always get great treatment from the service department. My Outback was hesitating slightly when starting, so I called the service department and was told to bring it in for a battery check.
