The staff took the time to thoroughly explain all details of the service as well as when to bring the vehicle back for it"s next 12,000 mile checkup. My new car salesman Jerry Johnson noticed me in the waiting room , greeted me and asked if there was anything I needed and if I was happy with my original purchase! I used the express service with no appointment required and was in and out in about twenty minutes with their multi-point inspection accomplished and car washed with a bottle of cold water sitting in my cup holder when I left! As with ever service event at Subaru of Jacksonville, it was a pleasant experience. Dan and Gabe performed the service plus rotated the tires, did a multipoint inspection and replaced the cabin filter. This prepared my 2017 Legacy for an upcoming 1200 road trip. All this done in under the hour predicted. Subaru of Jacksonville hires great people and trains them well. The staff is friendly, polite and professional.
