I'll never go anywhere else for service In the 9 years I've owned this car, I've never had it serviced anyplace else. Both the parts and service departments are wonderful to work with - everyone is friendly, knowledgable and they truly KNOW Subarus (most are enthusiasts themselves). This particular visit was for a battery replacement - i called when I was on my way, and two techs stayed late just to ensure my car was taken care of. Both of our current Subarus were purchased here, and we're looking at buying a new one very soon. The 'other' dealership in town isn't even a consideration. More

Best dealership! I always look forward to having my Subaru serviced here, and it's not just because I don't take the kids with me, ha! Honest and efficient I've had my Subaru Forrester for 1 year and the dealership has been top notch. The first time I brought the car in they charged me and I was unaware they were not to charge me. This time the service writer Max caught the fact it was covered and they should not have charged me and he corrected the situation. He could have let it slide but he did not. Thank You Max for your honesty. It speaks well of your character and your desire to do a great job for your employer. Also with the appointment system online it makes it easy for scheduling and more efficient for getting routine maintenance completed thanks to the mechanics who know what they are doing and do their job well. I have had nothing but excellent service on my 3 Subaru’s at this dealer ! Recently I lost my key fob, after 3 months of searching, I finally realized it was really gone. While my brothers found this to be hilarious and didn’t miss a chance to humiliate me about it, the people at SoJax were super helpful, and I don’t know why it took me so long to just go there and admit that I lost the key fob.......the parts guy got me the part right away, although my brothers made it seem like it was going to be very tedious.......it was not, it was super easy and non stressful, and I was back in business In no time at all. More
