The staff are friendly, competent and courteous - they explain exactly what service will be performed and the cost of services - they update you service will take longer than expected. Complimentary car wash is a great plus. The waiting area for customers is not just an afterthought of a couple of chairs over in a corner. It is a space that is comfortable and well thought out with areas to plug in if you need to work while waiting - Complimentary beverages is also a nice touch. Overall a great experience More
Excellent Service Department I purchased my Subaru BRZ at this dealer and today was my first service I have had since purchasing my vehicle. Not only was the service department fast and efficient and offered a free car wash, but the waiting room was comfortable and warm on this cold day with snacks, coffee, and sodas as well. Wyatt brought to my attention an issue with the battery needing replacement but made sure it was covered for me under warranty. The service team is very friendly and made me feel welcome and wanted with a clear breakdown of the performance testing done on my BRZ. I recommend this dealership and the service department. 10/10 will come again! More
Above and Beyond Service I took my Gray.Series edition 2019 STI into SOJ because I saw condensation in the rear driver side tail light (white/reverse light portion). Steven W I took my Gray.Series edition 2019 STI into SOJ because I saw condensation in the rear driver side tail light (white/reverse light portion). Steven Wall did a visual inspection, and with the blessing of "Russell", the Service Inspection manager, Steven was able to order me a replacement tail light on the spot. ON THE SPOT! Amazing. I can't ask for better service than what SOJ has proven so far. As long as they continue to treat me with the dignity and respect, as I was shown today, I will continue to make SOJ my dealership of choice. More

This trip was shopping for a used Forester that was so new to the dealer it hadn't been inspected by service yet. Not only did Jennifer get me to the front of the line, but I was able to work with Alex to personally inspect the undercarriage and all vital parts of the vehicle to ensure I felt good about the potential service. Very few dealers would allow me to do that but SoJax has always made me feel like I was a priority there. More
