Wow. So Impressed ! Best customer service at a dealership that I have ever experienced. Friendly, efficient, and just did everything the right way. Quickly talking to an actual person that was 90% sure of what the problem was and turned out correct. Kept me updated in the lounge as they figured out what the problem was. Ran into a delay with a part that could not have been anticipated. They were out of loaner cars but quickly got a rental car on the way. Fixed the car in the 2-3 days required as promised. Picked up the car and again - very efficient and the car was obviously cleaned also. Thanks so much and I have spread the word already to family and friends. More

Customer Service Excellence Was having an issue with the Bluetooth while using hands-free calling, not being able to hear the phone ringing or the other party when they answered. Was having an issue with the Bluetooth while using hands-free calling, not being able to hear the phone ringing or the other party when they answered. They could hear me but I could not hear them. Kevin took the time just before the end of the day to cheerfully take a look at the issue. Within 10 minutes he had the issue resolved and I was on my way.
