Customer Service Excellence Was having an issue with the Bluetooth while using hands-free calling, not being able to hear the phone ringing or the other party when they answered. Kevin took the time just before the end of the day to cheerfully take a look at the issue. Within 10 minutes he had the issue resolved and I was on my way. Spectacular Service My 2016 WRX had a massive coolant issue and the engine was severely overheating. I called up Subaru and Steven set me up with an appointment the same My 2016 WRX had a massive coolant issue and the engine was severely overheating. I called up Subaru and Steven set me up with an appointment the same day and I had the car towed in. He fixed the issue, tested the car to ensure the overheating issues were gone, and got me back on the road within a timely manner.
