My first time at Subaru of Jax with my 2015 Forester XT. I bought it used so I had no idea what had been maintained on the vehicle. My service rep listen to what I wanted to do and steered me in the right I bought it used so I had no idea what had been maintained on the vehicle. My service rep listen to what I wanted to do and steered me in the right direction of not wasting money on services I may not need. I had a lots of questions and I got plenty of correct answers. My SUV received flying colors that it was in good shape. The mechanic was through and let Mike know what I needed and I had them do it. Now I have a vehicle I know I can trust and lrely on for years to come. More

The online scheduling system appears to be a little bit deficient. My appointment did not show up on their system when I went to my “scheduled appointment”.
