My Subaru has been serviced by Subaru of Jacksonville for the five years I have owned it. They are always very thorough and reliable, but this time was better than good. Mike went over the whole inspection, the costs line-by-line and they even came out half-way through to show me my filters and ask if I wanted them changed. (yes). I also got 4 new tires which ride terrifically. I called the day before about the tires and Anthony in Parts told me he would set them aside-he did. He was also very patient as I looked for the numbers he needed. This dealership is just spotless, everyone is helpful and friendly and oddly, having your car serviced is a pleasant break. (Oh no, there are two Anthony's--hope I rated the right one.) Kelsey took my call the day before my appointment and I really appreciate her connecting me with Anthony and then double-checking my service request.) More

Mike Needham is a hero to me! I had my son’s air compressor replaced two years ago at Subaru of Orange Park. It needed to be replaced again. He treated like family! I’ve never been treated that well by a customer service industry! I loved Subaru before, but now I will be a life long customer, and will always ask for Mike when I need anything serviced on either of my Subarus.
