An Oil Change is the most basic of services, and your mechanic didn’t bother to tighten the screw to keep the oil in the car. No worries right- just bring the car in and we will fix it. Well I’m the one cleaning oil off the garage floor and drive back and forth to the dealership. Very disappointing. More
