The service wait was bearable, the promised services are not all listed on the invoice, so I am concerned if the ozone treatment, fuel treatment and induction treatment were ever done. Outstanding dealership. My car was disabled on I 95 on Sunday and fortunately I was towed to this dealership. Without asking, they provided me with a loaner car. The service department got on it first t Sunday and fortunately I was towed to this dealership. Without asking, they provided me with a loaner car. The service department got on it first thing on Monday and had me back on the road first thing Tuesday! Absolutely fabulous. I worked for 21 y ears in the auto industry in New York and I have never come across a dealership like this before. Kudos to Dan Kane, David in sales and of course Mike in service.. Hard to believe there are still people like this that are still interested in customer satisfaction. Every person I came into contact with at the dealership was polite, courteous and smiling. There is a reason why Subaru JAX is #1! We had our car in for service and Mike Needham, our service advisor, was so helpful. We had our brand, new Forester towed in because some little critter snacked on our for service and Mike Needham, our service advisor, was so helpful. We had our brand, new Forester towed in because some little critter snacked on our wiring. Mike contacted us as soon as it arrived and kept us updated throughout the process of determining where and what was chewed. We had anticipated leaving it for service for at least a week, but Mike and our technician surprised us with a one day turnaround. When we arrived, Mike brought us into the service area to show other wiring and hoses that have been chewed up by rodents. Ugh. Apparently, having a garage housed car isn't a guarantee that something won't vacation under your car - keep an eye out for rubber bits piled under your car. Mike said that they see this all the time, especially when it gets cooler out. Fortunately our problem was minor compared to what some people had to get fixed. I bring up the service area to mention how clean it is kept. Technicians were hard at work doing repairs, but the floors were swept and the work counters a lot neater than my desk at home. More
