My car didn't need service for 3K miles. Also new tires at 27K? I drove only 3K miles? Come on. Bought the car at about 24K miles last year, November. Had it serviced and sticker said next svc 27K? Bought the car, drove about 3K miles, now suddenly I am told I "need" new tires for $600+! I'm told tires good for 40K miles. Either you sold me worn out tires or you're pushing sales.
