"Unhappy Customer" - We value all of our customers opinions, thoughts, concerns, and feelings. We're sorry you weren't happy with us, as we strive to make sure ALL are comfortable and happy while here and when they leave. Regarding your concerns: 1. All of our employees are required to wear masks unless they are socially distancing. It is a rule that we constantly implement. There is also plexiglass between service advisors and customers for check-in/checkout to ensure further safety in case a mask slips off. We have addressed this again with all service advisors and team members to ensure it is being done. We also, without requirement, even apply a special Fresh Start Vehicle Sanitizer with every service appointment, It is an anti-microbial technology is applied to all areas that we touch or come in contact with on your vehicle, safely eliminating 99.9% of viruses, bacteria, mold, fungus and other harmful organisms and odors from your vehicle. This is not something we have to do, but something we do because we care about our customers. 2. Political climate? We don't have one here, and we apologize if that is what you were looking for and we didn't provide it. 3. We are sorry that you waited, there is no excuse for that and we will work hard to make sure that doesn't happen again.
