Ralph is so relaxed, very knowledgeable about the product he is selling, interested in the buyer's needs, and, on top of all of this, a super nice guy . We began considering a Subaru six months before buying and talked with Ralph several times during that time. He kept in contact with us but never pressured us. Once we decided to buy, he was great to work with, had a sense of humor and made the experience fun. He was very honest with us as well and worked to get the car we wanted. During the test drive, Ralph explained the new features we were unfamiliar with, and showed us how to use them so we could get a feel for the whole package offered with the car. He was friendly and knowledgable on the Subaru products offered. One of the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. We didn't have to do the whole waiting game that other dealerships like to play to get more money out of you. If you're looking for a new Subaru, Ralph's your guy! More
