Me and My sister knows car buying could be so stressful and hectic (based on my sister's past experience when she bought her new car) but with our experience with Subaru of Las Vegas it was nothing like that at all. Mr. Mark and Mr. Justin made it possible for me to get a beautiful white pearl Crosstrek home knowing it is hard to get a white pearl with all the perks and technology that I wanted in a car, I appreciate the time and effort they took to make it possible. If I or someone I know needs a car I would totally recommend them to this dealership (as my friend recommend this dealership to me) and if possible, I would recommend them to go the greatest salesman Mr. Mark D .The dealership itself have a lot to offer from cars to services to food/beverages and making yourself comfortable! I bought a 2012 Mercedes E350 But not even a month later I couldn't start it. I towed it to the Subi and told them it wouldn't start and they all got on it to correct it fast. I love my new Forester Sport and trust the Subaru quality for performance and longevity, which brings me to the reason I gave overall star of average. Both Jaine and Bryan, managers in financing, failed my confidence for two reasons. 1. My $ 1000 deposit paid 2 months prior, was “forgotten” on calculating my final purchase price. 2. I got a real snub by both managers mentioned because I didn’t buy any of the warranty packages! I have no hard feelings for the errors and will recommend SUBARU OF LAS VEGAS to everyone. Every part of the experience was out in the open and super easy! There's room for negotiation, but all the cards are on the table, no "oops, I forgot about this..." after the handshake. Every member of the team works to make sure you are fully informed of the process, and that you have an experience to brag about. These folks, every last one of them, helped to rinse a decades-old sour taste out of my mouth about buying a new car, and made me proud to be a member of the Findlay Family! More
