This Dealership is a total SCAM and Fraud. When the car was delivered all of the paperwork had a wrong address. They took the paperwork back to the dealer. They also tool a Lincoln they promised to Return and provide me with a receipt. For the next 12 days I called the Pembroke pine Subaru and left multiple messages. I never received a return call. I called Subaru of North America Yesterday To Inquire what the problem is. Several hours later Duane Massa Called me. He denied everything and promised my documents within 1 hour. They never came. Duane Massa admitted in a e mail that my paperwork was not yet complete ( even though i signed it 12 days prior) and that my Lincoln had not been returned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ZERO STARS More
