I worked with Tyler Cole on trading in out 2020 Outback for a 2025, He never pressured us over the couple of months we texted and finally came up with a great deal for us, for a color Outback we wanted. He was straight forward on getting us the best deal for our trade in and new car financing, and never pushed us into extra's, at the dealership we worked with Tony on financing and he also never pushed extra products/services on us, just explained them well and offered them to us. It seems the manager that day was also top notch on making sure we were happy with the sale. I highly recommend this dealership, Tyler for a salesman and if you get Tony for finance you will be happy with the process. Always had great experience with service and our service rep Merlyn. More
Jim Braley is RUDE to senior women. I bought a Crosstrek here. Within days I saw that it had more than 600 miles on it NOT from me. Less than one week later I went back to return it as I bought a Crosstrek here. Within days I saw that it had more than 600 miles on it NOT from me. Less than one week later I went back to return it as it has other issues, basically a LEMON. Braley said 'Once you drove it off the lot its yours'. I live in a huge 55 & Over and intend to tell them ALL the way I was treated. Tony Croxton never returned one of my many calls. Bottom like, once you buy a car from them they don't want to know you.
