The people in this dealership have all been very nice and have even done more than expected to make us a priority. The worst experience I've encounters at any dealership in the country. I had an 11:00am appointment for routine oil change and tire rotation. Bottom line I had to set 2:45 minutes for what should have been n the country. I had an 11:00am appointment for routine oil change and tire rotation. Bottom line I had to set 2:45 minutes for what should have been no more than an hour service. If I hadn't bought the service plan with the vehicle you would never seen back there again. More
