From start to finish it was an excellent experience. We purchased a used Forester for our son, being his first vehicle wanted something safe and reliable. Don was wonderful found us exactly what our son wanted, spoke to him and made him feel totally part of the process. My wife was the one purchasing the vehicle and they did not attempt to over charge her, explained everything clearly and made it a fantastic experience for them both.
