Upon my last visit for an oil change and inspection, the service techs missed the nail in my tire when they checked the tread depth, but reset my constantly pinging TPM I asked them to check. Had to buy a new set of tires elsewhere because of the symmetrical AWD instead of them ordering me one with matching tread depth. The rest of the tires had about 75% of their life left. Asked them to check my starter because of rough starts, couldn’t find and issue but car still starts very rough. Service writers also could not accurately quote prices and seemed like they were pulling them out of thin air. The only reason I go back is because I paid a ton of money for the dumb Lokey service contract for lifetime oil changes. I’m in the market for a brand new Subie and won’t be buying from them either. Spent 3 hours waiting for our remote key fobs to get programmed. No loaner car to use. Assured they were working, got home (45 minute drive one way) and neither fob works. Just beeps the horn.
