Despite knowing exactly which vehicle is scheduled to come in (the vin and everything since we are a repeat customer) they manage to not have the most common parts in or ready. I went in for an oil chang come in (the vin and everything since we are a repeat customer) they manage to not have the most common parts in or ready. I went in for an oil change and brake light fix- they told me that everything was good to go. I get pulled over because my brake light is out, THE SAME DAY I LEFT THE DEALER. Thankfully I could show the cop that not even 2hrs ago I was given the green on the light. I took it back 3 days later (with an appointment for the light) and they didn’t carry the bulb in their inventory. They claimed that they needed to SEE the bulb to know which one my car needed. Because apparently there is no way to know which bulb a car needs. Yeah- no. You can easily find this info at any auto parts store- google- or just general knowledge of working on the same cars over and over. Would NOT TRUST them to say my car is in good working order as they cannot clearly check off the most basic things (that they were told needed service!!!). More
