Dropped off my car first thing in the morning - called 2 1/2 he later about the car but no one knew anything. 20 min before the service dept closed we got a call that all was fixed and we could pick up our 1/2 he later about the car but no one knew anything. 20 min before the service dept closed we got a call that all was fixed and we could pick up our car, but we live more than 55 mins away. Other Subaru dealership where we have work done offered us a car to use while they fixed the car and would even wash the car any time we had work done. Nothing like that was done. Disappointing. More

Very tricky with the paperwork. Extended the monthly term without mentioning it. They also covered up what looked to be some spay paint or a cheap rear quarter panel replacement.
