Felt like it was rushed At closing, information regarding how to use the road hazard and warranty was not passed on. Had to ask for it several times. When my vehicle was brought to the lot from another deale how to use the road hazard and warranty was not passed on. Had to ask for it several times. When my vehicle was brought to the lot from another dealership, not all the keys were with it. Still waiting for them, but they have been mailed. Very amateurish. More

as always Spenser went out of his way to assist me. I had to get something repaired on my truck (never been there before) and he was able to assist me. Also - I had checked with the Chevy dealer and I had to get something repaired on my truck (never been there before) and he was able to assist me. Also - I had checked with the Chevy dealer and they wanted over $215.00 just to diagnose the issue (when I knew what it was (a windshield washer pump had failed) - not an issue that required much time at all. Subaru - Spenser got it done for me for less than $300.00. Great guy that Spenser. More
