Everyone was so helpful and able to answer questions. At no time were we ever rushed or pushed. The person at the desk was very nice, and this is in no way a poor rating for him. Masks were not required to be worn by customers or employees. Also one of your non mask wearing employees came outside and sat next to us when we were trying to avoid being close to anyone. Not only was he not social distancing, but he lit up a cigarette.I have asthma, so even pre pandemic that wouldn’t have been okay. Why are your employees smoking on the sales lot, and why would it be okay to do this sitting at the same table as customers? This was a weird visit, and I won’t be buying any more cars from Lokey or recommending that any of my friends do either. More
