Put my mind at ease When I went in to the dealership I had already shopped five previous dealerships. I was shopping around different brands and different dealers. I have not bought a car in over 20 years so things of changed a little bit. I knew I wanted a new car I knew I wanted a safe car and yes I wanted all the bells and whistle‘s. I needed someone who was going to work with me on the price but not rip me off. I do not appreciate pushy salespeople and I would’ve turned around and walked right out the door had my salesman been pushy. He asked me to name the price that I was thinking about and he explained to me that it was very reasonable. I feel I got a fair deal on a new car. I didn’t want to try to negotiate some outrageous Deal but I also did not want to be taken advantage of. I believe in paying a fair price for a good product. More
3 hours for tire rotation and oil change. It took the Service center over three hours to notify me that my car was ready. I was in the lobby and after waiting I went to the desk and she stated It took the Service center over three hours to notify me that my car was ready. The dealership could use a update in the waiting area , but over all everything was taking care of that we needed done ! More
