More issues when I left I went for service, a simple oil change. The vehicle that was returned to me now leaks oil, a large amount and the service person stated it is the car I went for service, a simple oil change. The vehicle that was returned to me now leaks oil, a large amount and the service person stated it is the cars fault because it's old, and needs a new oil pan which is only because they stripped the drainage plug. Also no my starter is bad the same day I left the service area, no issues prior. I was looking to buy a Subaru but now it will definitely not be at this location More

Unpleasant experience with unpleasant sales individual. My wife and I were taken care of by a young sales individual by the name of Sarah Gore. Her demeanor and approach were very inappropriate from the g My wife and I were taken care of by a young sales individual by the name of Sarah Gore. Her demeanor and approach were very inappropriate from the get go. It even crossed into the condescending territory when we were trying to negotiate our trade in vehicle value. Among the things that were said to us : Do you even know what love bugs are? : We had love bugs on our vehicle when we got there driving from Crystal River!!!!!). Needless to say that it is an over 50 miles drive on the tollway. There is a strong change of accumulating those bugs in the front grill of your car in Florida! Have you ever bought or sold a car before? I am twice the age of the sales individual and she standing there askingme if I had purchased a vehicle before. It all steamed from her try to low ball me on my vehicle. I have been around the block and I know that is part of the negotiating process. There are other ways to approach the sale and that was definitely the wrong way. I have no idea where this young person had her training but from over 20 years experience in upper management in the utility business (granted I was not dressed for success that day!) , I can assure you that she is not in her element when it comes to selling vehicles and interacting face to face with customers. If it wasn't for a gentleman that turned the things around , my wife and I were literally walking out of your dealership. It was an utterly disturbing and egregious behavior of your sales person that we were subjected to. If I could put less than a star , I would have. More
