Problem not solved. Evidently, there is a need to update media software to work properly with Apple IOS 15. Bluetooth is unusable. Dropped off my car first thing in the morning - called 2 1/2 he later about the car but no one knew anything. 20 min before the service dept closed we got a call that all was fixed and we could pick up our 1/2 he later about the car but no one knew anything. 20 min before the service dept closed we got a call that all was fixed and we could pick up our car, but we live more than 55 mins away. Other Subaru dealership where we have work done offered us a car to use while they fixed the car and would even wash the car any time we had work done. Nothing like that was done. Disappointing. More

After bringing my car to the dealership for an tugging feeling when turning, and spending more than $2000, including them requiring me to purchase new tires, even after they admitted the tires still has s feeling when turning, and spending more than $2000, including them requiring me to purchase new tires, even after they admitted the tires still has significant tread left, in order for them to test the transmission. After keeping my car for 2 weeks, and claiming the issue was fixed, the issue persists. They have no clue what they are doing here. Pick another dealership to visit for service issues. More
