I paid $143. 53 for the scheduled 30 month maintenance on my 2021 Subaru Forester. However, the service representative said Subaru of America now recommended sever 53 for the scheduled 30 month maintenance on my 2021 Subaru Forester. However, the service representative said Subaru of America now recommended several maintenance items beyond those originally listed in the manual that came with the vehicle. She showed me the "newly" recommended maintenance schedule on her counter. Cost: $450 + tax. She lied to my face, and Lokey Subaru is falsely inflating maintenance costs with add-ons not recommended by Subaru of America. This type of dishonesty is nothing new to me. Clearwater Toyota played the same game when I owned a Toyota Prius. Before going into Lokey Subaru for maintenance, consult the maintenance schedule that came with the car, and keep them honest. Ford of Port Richey changed my oil and broke my oil filter housing and my oil leaked out and ruined my clutch. They said it will wasn't their fault and quoted me $2800 to fix it. Subaru came picked it up from Ford of Port Richey and hauled it to their shop. Fixed it with a new clutch, oil and it runs perfect. I now take it to them for all my service need..Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More
