I did not feel pressured into purchasing additional options and was able to get over 2% off my financing compared to Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn. *******STRESS FREE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE ******* 10/27/19 My daughter, Kaylah, spouse, Erica & myself stopped by to shop for the subcompact vehicles. They were shopping around between the Honda CRV & 10/27/19 My daughter, Kaylah, spouse, Erica & myself stopped by to shop for the subcompact vehicles. They were shopping around between the Honda CRV & the Subaru Forrester. We test drove the Subaru Forrester. It was a nice & smooth ride. Ren, our guy was very thorough in explaining all the features of the vehicles. He explained the differences between the Honda CRV and the Subaru Forrester. Ren has a history & experience with selling Honda vehicles. He does not knock Hondas at all as his Mom owns one too. All in all, it took about 2 1/2hrs to complete and we went home with the new Subaru. Subaru finance was able to beat the rate from NavyFCU. This was not a typical negotiation back and forth tactic. This process was easy, stress free and seamless. Husband & I have bought many cars from dealerships. I'd have to say, this is the best car buying experience I've had this far.
