By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! A week ago we stopped into the dealership just to check it out, and Dave Warmack showed us around. I was already hesitant and did not want to commit just yet, but Dave was really great about keeping it stress-free. He gave us his card and told us that he and the dealership will always be here if I liked what I saw and want to test drive a car. I left that day feeling like Dave genuinely cared that we find the right car at the right time, rather than just making a sale. After taking some time to think, we texted Dave today to take the next step and test drive the Subaru Crosstrek. And at that point, the car basically sold itself. I am so impressed with how well this car drives and all of the safety features it comes with! With this being one of my biggest purchases of my life, I’m relieved to say it did not feel impulsive at all. This was my first time going to a dealership with the intent of purchasing, and Dave made it easy! More

We stopped by Subaru of Puyallup about a week ago to check out the Subarus in stock and take a look. Mr. Dave Warmack showed us many different cars with different options and highlighted the features. We appreciated his thoroughness and detailed explanations on everything, and it helped that he has had over 31 years of sales experience with all things Subaru. We were pretty overwhelmed with all the things we had to do at the time, so we told him we would come back in about a week to see if we can do a test drive on the Subaru Crosstrek. He was very supportive of our situation, and he even responded in such a manner that put us at ease saying not to worry and take as much time as we need to settle in, he’ll still be here when we’re ready. After finally settling in, we gave him a call and told him we were coming back to test drive the Crosstrek. He found the option we were looking for and showed us all the features it had to offer on a very detailed test drive. Afterward, they showed us the prices with various options to see which one we liked the most. After figuring out what we were doing and waiting to sign the paperwork, he informed us of why we were waiting and kept us entertained since we were second in line. His professionalism and courtesy made us very happy and made our experience genuinely stress-free, just like their slogan. From the way we were treated to the way the car was introduced, I could see how passionate Dave was in what he does. This dealership is truly amazing with very fair pricing, and I would be more than happy to recommend this place to all of my friends! More

I appreciated that he was not pushy, just straight forward and took his time showing and explaining features of the car on the test drive. He was patient with us and very accommodating. He made sure we got everything we wanted in the car including the color. They did not have the color there and he found one and he had it delivered the next day for pick up. I bought the car as I fell in love with it the moment I got behind the wheel and our outstanding experience with Daniel. Coming from another state which I had a preferred dealership that took care of all my needs I have purchased several vehicles with Subaru of Puyallup. Coming from another state which I had a preferred dealership that took care of all my needs, I wanted the same service and relationship as my other dealership. Looked around and visited many dealerships. I drive 40 miles to Puyallup. I have developed a relationship which have been happy. They were the only dealership that reminded me of my old one back home. I feel welcomed and at ease when purchasing or getting service. I recommend this dealership. Yes I can go get a standard oil change at any dealership, but I know that I don't have to worry about my vehicles when they are left in their hands. Thank you for all you do! MOD More

I bought my Subaru from this dealership because I was reassured that because I live a good distance away if I’m coming in for service or warranty work I could have a loaner. I now have 2 warranty issues, reassured that because I live a good distance away if I’m coming in for service or warranty work I could have a loaner. I now have 2 warranty issues, 2 recalls and general maintenance. I call and make an appointment and told that yes I could have a loaner. Call to verify this morning before I start the 2 hour drive to be told that I need to hang out and no loaner. I rearranged my day around dropping this off. They claim to have hassle free stress free service. That is a joke. They don’t follow through with promises from the salesman to the service advisor. I actually became a Subaru Ambassador because I love the car but I will never recommend this dealership again. I will post on all my social media about how they do not keep promises. I’ve never received my cover for the back area and Austin promised that. Long story.... GO ANYWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING YANKED AROUND AND LIED TOO! THEN THIS IS THE PERFECT DEALERSHIP FOR YOU. THE REST OF US WILL FIND A BETTER OPTION! More
