(he doesn't have internet)...He had to return a leased vehicle to another delearship due to the lease being up. He was extremely close to purchasing another vehicle at this other delearship but decided to look at the Subarus. Austin Embody spent multiple hours taking time to learn his needs and requirements for a safe, reliable car. After spending time with Austin and test driving, he chose the Outback and is in love with his choice, car and his overall experience with Austin as his sales person and the treatment at Subaru of Puyallup. He highly recommends both Austin and this delearship for a purchase of a car!!! More

ExCELLENT!!! I was first encountered by Justin about a specific car I was interested. At first I went into the dealership just browsing and not really sure if I ne I was first encountered by Justin about a specific car I was interested. At first I went into the dealership just browsing and not really sure if I needed to upgrade my car. But Justin showed me the different options they had and showed me one specific car that was by far a super rare find, a cool gray khaki subaru wrx with performance package. I was in love the first time I sat into the car and was able to test drive it. Justin was very helpful in getting all the information I needed and since I was a second time buyer with this dealership he was able to help me get a good deal from Mark. Mark assisted me in providing the right tools I needed in order to get the best deal for this car. And lastly when Matt came back with my finance information and loan, he was very helpful in providing me all the information I needed to have a successful car loan and giving me advice as a younger gentlemen. All in all, all these people around the dealership was very helpful, patient and exceeded the customer service. I would love coming back here to get my next car and I would recommend anyone that is interested in purchasing not only a subaru but their wide selections of certified pre-owned and used cars. Their service was incredible and there was someone to answer my million questions all the way till the end. Moral of the story... they are the best dealership I have ever been to? Excellent Car Buying Experience My fiancee and I visited Subaru of Puyallup to look at new and used Foresters for her first vehicle purchase. We worked with Brian Martin and Jordan A My fiancee and I visited Subaru of Puyallup to look at new and used Foresters for her first vehicle purchase. We worked with Brian Martin and Jordan Avary and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We visited the dealership twice... The first time we went the dealership was closing, but Jordan came out to greet us and show us around the lot. Being that Jordan had recently moved into sales, he also asked Brian to assist us. We were instantly impressed with both of them and decided to book an appointment for the next afternoon so that we could spend more time and go for a test drive. When we returned, Brian's depth of knowledge was very helpful in facilitating our decision. At the time she was very interested in the Mazda CX-5 as well, and Brian happened to personally own a CX-5 so he was able to give us a detailed and honest comparison between the two. Brian was very patient with us and spent the better part of the day showing us around the lot and allowing us to take multiple test drives. To our surprise, we ended up finding a used Volvo on the lot that we really liked. We hadn't researched Volvo's beforehand (though we were aware of their track record of safety), but once again Brian was able to give us some honest feedback and comparisons to Subaru. Though we were thoroughly impressed with the Forester, we ultimately decided to buy the Volvo, primarily due to it's price point and value for the money - Brian agreed that the value of the Volvo made sense for us. He really treated us like family with his honesty and advice. Both Brian and Jordan were the epitome of honest salesmen. They took great care of us throughout the entire process and even after the purchase with their personal follow-up. It was truly a "stress free" experience! More
