When we found a car we were interested in, Brian Martin and Jordan Avary both helped us without hesitation. I really admired Brains leadership with Jordan, as he is a sales associate in training. He was kind, patient and assertive with him while showing him the ropes of the sales floor. I ended up purchasing my very first new car...with such a big purchase I began to be very indecisive on what I wanted. Brian was very patient with me and understood how important it is to be 100% confident in my purchase. I ended up driving 3 different cars and at the end of the night was still not confident in what I wanted and decided to come back the next day to look at another car. And I was expected to be pressured to stay and make my decision, but I was not...the next day, we arrived and Brian allowed Jordan to take the wheel and be on his own for the remainder of the day. Jordan was very helpful, even if he didnt have the answer, he found someone who did. I feel very welcome and look forward to maintaining the maintenance of my 2019 Impreza sport and being apart of the subaru family. More

We found out this was to be is first sale so we also had Mundo along for the experience. Both of these guys were so much fun and so patience. My husband had a very specific car in mind for his first brand new car. They walked around with us for literally hours while we looked at and sat in almost every car on the lot. (They have a three story parking garage so that’s a lot of cars) What will bring me back to this dealership was how excited and supportive the entire sales department and staff were to see Jordan have his first sale. Several people jumped in to help and all wanted to say nice things about Jordan. For as large as this dealership is they really have a family environment. More

My daughter was pre-approved for the car loan through for being knowledgeable and kind while my daughter purchased her 1st car a 2017 Impreza sport. My daughter was pre-approved for the car loan through the credit union she's a member at, and I hoped that would save us time by being prepared. I wasn't too happy about the excessive amount of time we had to wait for the Impreza to be cleaned and detailed, but overall our experience was good. We will certainly come back when it's time to upgrade my 2010 Forester. More

Set up an appointment for soon after opening Sunday and was out with the car along with a good trade in on my current car. The juke is spotless and the closing negotiations were done in less than 2 hours. Our salesperson was great along with the financial advisor. Absolutely recommend this dealer. More

Our Certified Sales Consultant, Justin Peoples and the whole staff at Subaru of Puyallup made the whole process painless, start to finish. From their "all-cards-on-the-table" written email "out-the-door" price quote for ordering her Forester just the way she wanted it from the factory (for hundreds less than their competitors, including Costco's Member's Only price), to spending four hours with us today, completing the transaction paperwork and going over all the features on the car, answering our questions, and even syncing our smart phones to the onboard computer, so she could drive it home, Justin was nothing but courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Factory orders usually take between 8-10 weeks, but we received her car in only one month after ordering it. They didn't even request or require any sort of deposit, just my signature on the factory order sheet confirming everything was correct per our specifications. Communication and followup via email and text was great too. Subaru of Puyallup should change their tag line from, "Your stress-free dealership." to "Your painless dealership." Everything was up front, above board and businesslike - no gimmicks or slimy sales tactics - like it should be, which made our whole experience refreshing, stress-free and painless. She looked at the first and made her choice, but she wanted more options, Brian was well-versed on The variety of choices they had in stock and quickly determined they 2 color options that met all her requirements... from memory! He pulled the 2 around and my wife made her pick. The whole process, including test drive, took about 45 min. Brian knew the teams inside well and made the deal quickly and got the finance manager in on the conversation so we didn’t wait for another meeting, All tolled, we were done signing in just over 2 hours. Truly amazing as I’ve spent entire days buying cars before, The team made me a good deal that I was satisfied with and would definitely do business with them again. More
