Best experience ever I have been on the hunt for a vehicle since November. Back in January I found one that I fell in love with but ended up having major transmission issu I have been on the hunt for a vehicle since November. Back in January I found one that I fell in love with but ended up having major transmission issues, I was told over and over and over again by dealerships that I don’t qualify for anything “nice” because of my credit. After my car incident in January i was feeling extremely discouraged and wanted to give up looking. A girlfriend of mine told me to try Subaru and so I did! The staff helped me immediately, I spoke with Ryan Watson a few times to make sure I’d be able to get a vehicle and he felt strongly confident that he could get me into something! The car I originally wanted sold but they got a 2010 Hyundai Tucson in that looked perfect for me and my kids. I let Subaru know I had my eye on it and went in that following Saturday! I was greeted by Austin embody who was the sweetest car salesman I have EVER met! He made it a comfortable and enjoyable experience he was extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly my situation and told me if I ended up not liking the Hyundai he’d help me find something like it! Luckily the car was as amazing as I thought it was! I ended up purchasing it and am just beyond in love with the experience I had! Subaru of Puyallup literally is one of the best car dealerships I’ve gone to in the last six months and I am so glad I decided to see if I’d qualify for a car! More
Awesome Car Buying Experience! I have never purchased a Subaru before, but decided on getting a Crosstrek. I met Justin Peoples who took the time to show me a number of Crosstreks and the options they had available on the lot. He explained the features of the vehicle and answered all my questions. He gave me a tour of their facility and got me a vehicle at the price I wanted. Subaru of Puyallup has great customer service and a huge selection of inventory to choose from. I'm lucky to have found an excellent car sales rep. More

We were interested in trading it in for the all new 2019 Forester so we talked to our favorite Salesman, George Mayfield, about putting in an order. Yesterday we received a phone call from George letting us know it was in. We were so excited, we immediately drove to the dealership to see the car and there she was. Exactly the one we wanted. All the bells and whistles all cleaned up and a tank full of gas. George is an expert in his field. Always happy to see us, always on top of how the cars operate, ready to make the purchase as easy as possible. Everyone at Subaru of Puyallup is professional. Very easy to talk to and ready to help the customers anyway possible. The dealership itself is first class with the relaxing customer waiting area which boasts a big screen tv and luxurious fireplace. Always clean, always offering water, coffee, tea, cocoa, fruit, and sometimes cookies. Cannot say enough good things about Subaru of Puyallup and their employees. This was the third Subaru Forester we have purchased at Subaru of Puyallup. Our daughter purchased her Subaru Legacy here as well. We are very happy, satisfied customers. More

Upon showing up Dima came out and was eager to help, we get the car we wanted at a very fair price. Along with the fantastic service Dima provided we were able to get in and out in a timely manor. We highly recommend this dealership but more than that I recommend anyone who is looking to buy from Puyallup Subaru to see Dima. More
Poor communication during buying process While looking online, I found that one dealership advertised itself as "STRESS-FREE" (capitalization is theirs). They will email you their best offer While looking online, I found that one dealership advertised itself as "STRESS-FREE" (capitalization is theirs). They will email you their best offer on a specific car and then you can make an appointment to go in for said car, which is what I did. No negotiating about the price sounded great. So I drove 45 minutes to Subaru of Puyallup on Saturday morning (instead of going to Ballard less than 10 minutes away). I had emailed with the internet sales team about a specific vehicle and agreed upon a price. It then took 4.5 hours before I was driving off with said car! The terrible communication throughout the day caused this to very much not be a stress-free experience, had they communicated how long it would take at the beginning it would have entirely changed my experience. At no point did anyone ask if I was available to wait that long. I sent an email to the VP of the dealership (which, 4 business days later, I have yet to receive a response) - not great customer service, particularly for a dealership that calls itself "STRESS-FREE". Moral of the story is, buy a Subaru, they're awesome cars, just don't work with Joseph at Subaru of Puyallup. More
