I had a car that had broken down on me at the wrong time. With little money down and being a first time buyer, buying a new car sounded terrifying. Austin worked with me every step of the way to stay within my budget, keep my monthly payment low, but get me into a reliable, low mile car. He treated me like family and I never felt pressured. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!! I will definitely be returning to him for any future car buying ventures. I told my wife I wanted to visit the Subaru of Puyallup store next to test drive an Outback. We walked the lot and looked at the options available on several vehicles. We were greeted by Carl Watts and I told him we wanted to take a test drive an Outback so we went on a long drive. I was very impressed with Carls knowledge of the product. We got back to the store to write up the deal and Carl had to leave for a doctor visit. We were introduced to George Mayfield who has been with the company 40yrs. That tells you something about the Dealership!!!! My wife and I were very happy completing our purchase with George Mayfield he is probably one of the Best Salesman I have ever met! Kimberly Ruff completed our purchase she was also a pleasure to deal with! Great People usually tells me the Dealerships priority is to take care of their Customers. More

Amazing leasing experience! We heard about Subaru's lease deals from another dealership (which will remain nameless) and didn't have a great feel about them, so I contacted Subar We heard about Subaru's lease deals from another dealership (which will remain nameless) and didn't have a great feel about them, so I contacted Subaru of Puyallup via email. Within two hours I had a lease quote for two different trim levels so that we could easily decide on what to get. Jordyn was very patient with us, making several changes until the lease deal was just right. We came in for a test drive with Dima. Very nice guy and never pressured us to buy immediately or add anything that we didn't want. Completely new dealership experience for me. We filled out the online finance application, got approved and then came in to pick up our new Outback. Kym helped us with the paperwork and we were driving out of there in less than an hour. Took the Outback in to get a couple of accessories installed and the experience was very good as well. Only one small issue, the cargo cover was installed upside down, but I took it back and it was fixed in minutes. Our experience was so good that we leased a SECOND Outback the next weekend. Not quite as smooth as the first one (I should have done a second finance application online, so we had to wait on pickup day for Matt to run our credit again).We had an appointment with Dima but he was helping another client, and the car wasn't quite ready for us, but Austin stepped in and we could see him running around getting everything ready. Lots of hustle and we still got out of there in less than two hours. Another service visit with Anthony to get the same accessories installed on the second Outback. Everything was perfect this time, plus they served chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven. This dealership has my business for life. More

We live about a five hour drive away in Central Oregon, but had read good things about this dealership. We drove up to look at the vehicle and it was as described in the online listing. From the moment we stepped onto the lot until we drove the car away, we were treated completely professionally. This is a straight-up run business that sells cars at a fair value. Our salesperson was Dima and he was great. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient with my multitude of questions and exceptionally articulate. I can't say enough good things about him. The negotiation process was calm, fair and we ended up with a great fair market rate on a great vehicle. And, although we had been pre-qualified at a fairly good rate, they were able to beat the rate and save us some money. This is a family run business and it shows. Thank you Dima, you and your team changed our minds about buying from a dealership. More
