Longer story: For the 4 months leading up to us buying a used Toyota Sienna at S of P, I talked to dozens of dealers near and far - on the phone, by text, over email. Subaru of Puyallup blew all of their customer service out of the water. We were lucky enough to get Ryan Gifford as our salesperson. Ryan was over-the-top accommodating, fielding every question I threw at him quickly and clearly. You would have thought we were buying a top of the line Subaru with every possible option because he treated us like VIPs the whole time - though he knew we were buying a relatively low-dollar USED MINIVAN! Every step of the way, my wife and I shook our heads wondering, is it really this easy? With Ryan and S of P on your side, it truly was a stress-free experience at every turn. (Plus they serve delicious, freshly-baked cookies. Boom!) More

We were only going to look and maybe test drive a Forester since my husband has studied the reviews and we have been wanting one for a few years. He doesn't like salesman of any kind but he was impressed with Helmut and then with Dima. Very friendly but not fake about it! We didn't think Helmut was pushy in any way. But what most impressed us is how knowledgeable they both were. We love our 2018! We would recommend them both and Subaru of Puyallup if you are looking for a Subaru...we recommend the Forester! I've always owned trucks and have a long commute to work so I've been thinking about getting a car to save on gas for a while but never really spent the time to look at any. Well my current one had some parts break so I started panicking on how I was going to get to work the next day. Figured now was as good a time as any to buy something else. I hadn't had a lot of time to shop around or even figure out what I wanted but I had heard great things about Subaru of Puyallup so started looking on their website. I saw a pre-owned Jetta that seemed to be exactly what I was looking for and immediately went to test drive it. It was exactly as advertised and we were able to work out a price that fit my budget, they even extended the bumper to bumper warranty to 100,000 miles since the factory warranty had expired. It was late at night when we signed the papers and I wasn't really paying attention to what I was signing so accidentally said yes to some expensive extras. When I called the next morning they were extremely easy to work with and Wade quickly redid the paperwork for me. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out and I'm surprised to say I'm actually enjoying driving a car for the first time! More

Dima knew exactly what I was looking for from the moment we met, he took me around the lot showing me their newest wrx and sti's we went out for a test drive and Dima knew exactly which rode to choose to make my test driving experience the best that can be which made me fall in love with my new 2018 wrx purchase. Dima was easy to work work with very friendly and just as excited as I was to purchase my dream car , he was also able to get me out the door at a good price and in a reasonable time. I would definitely recommend Subaru of puyallup and ask for Dima when you show up!! 10/10 satisfaction! More
