We also appreciated the financial help from Rachel Kemak, she helped us with all of the options, and gave us good advice about taking only the options that we needed or would help us, not necessarily just costing more money. Made my day! I was beginning to wonder if I'd ever find the right car for me. Then I met Dennis Ecklund at Puyallup Subaru. He easily sensed my frustration and we I was beginning to wonder if I'd ever find the right car for me. Then I met Dennis Ecklund at Puyallup Subaru. He easily sensed my frustration and went out of his way to make me comfortable with my search. Dennis was patient and answered all my questions expertly. After driving a Forester that day I had to have one!! Dennis found exactly the one I wanted in Seattle and got it to Puyallup that same day and I brought it home. He made it an enjoyable experience with expertise and humor. I know that he will be there if I need more information or help. Matt Harnish walked me through the options and paperwork so easily and efficiently that I hardly realized it was happening. That is an amazing talent! Heather Davis I wanted to personally thank you for taking such great care of us and helping my husband and I find the perfect car. I can honestly say I have NO buyer’s remorse. After driving around in my 15 year old car I did not want to make a hasty decision or invest in something that was not a good fit for us. I sort of had an idea of what I kind of vehicle I wanted but didn’t have a lot of information. Heather gave me a ton of information of what Subaru has to offer and what options were available. She really knows her stuff. What I didn’t want was to be pressured into buying a car. It was surprising I didn’t get any annoying phone calls or emails. More than a week went by and we made our decision. We were able to schedule an appointment with Heather and the same day rode home in our new Impreza in my favorite color with all the upgrades and special features I was looking for. The only drawback was I had to bring it back to install the enhanced security system and I had to leave my baby there all day long. All kidding aside, again we were well taken care of with a great loaner car and quick easy in and out service. I am going to love working with Subaru for all my servicing and future purchases.
