I bought my first Subaru at Subaru of Puyallup in 1996, but years later had to trade it in for a larger family car when we found ourselves with three children in car seats at once! I've missed my Subaru ever since, so I thought I'd give Subaru of Puyallup a try again. It was a great experience, in large part because Kymberly Fuhrman was my sales person. She made it easy. She gave me all the information I wanted in a way that was clear and thorough, without bombarding me. She answered my every question and never put any pressure on my decision-making process. When I wanted to see how much legroom my growing sons would have in the backseat of the Outback, she got a couple of tall salesmen in the car to demonstrate! (By the way, there was plenty of room for a couple of 6-footers.) Kym was not only informative, but a real pleasure to work with, and just fun to hang out with. She has continued to be available to me when I've had follow-up questions, too. I highly recommend you go see her and it will be time well spent. More

Dennis Ecklund was MORE than willing to show me a variety of different vehicles, and had great patience with my slow buying process. He took me out for a test drive, explained everything I needed to know, and finally sold me a 2015 Forester Limited. I love my new car, but Dennis has gone above and beyond, keeping contact with me, recovering my sunglasses for me, and letting me know when my new plates were in. I don't have enough good things to say about this dealership - or Dennis. Highly recommended. More
