We had been to a Subaru dealership on the east side so we had an idea of what we wanted. After leaving the east side dealership, we both felt stressed and pressured, it was an uncomfortable experience. I knew I still wanted a Subaru for the safety reasons, having a baby and all. I came across the website for Subaru of Puyallup and emailed back and forth with Shelley. She was pressure free while still giving me current information and keeping me in the loop. Finally, our car died so we gave Subaru of Puyallup a visit. We could not be more thrilled with our experience!!! The second we arrived on the lot, we were approached by Brian Fuller. He was so helpful in giving us great options for our budget. We originally wanted a used car but he was able to work with the finance team and get us into a new car with a better warranty, and far less miles (6 toe exact!!), for a better price. The team stayed far past closing time to help us and we were able to leave that evening with our new car. I was walked through all of the features of the car and of the dealership for any services we may need. Brian even bought us dinner while we waited! We were updated with what was going on every step of the way, never left wondering. They were totally honest about everything. The whole staff at Subaru of Puyallup gets an A++ from us! I would highly recommend checking them out for your next vehicle purchase. More

Jerry met us out on the lot and really helped us out. We ended up looking at some Foresters but when it came down to it we loved the Crosstrek. Jerry was very informative, really nice, and was great to work with. He was straight forward and his Sales Manager really gave us a great deal that we couldn't turn down. Dishonest used car sale We were very disappointed, to say the least, with this company. We purchased a used vehicle from them and 3 1/2 months later the transmission went c We were very disappointed, to say the least, with this company. We purchased a used vehicle from them and 3 1/2 months later the transmission went completely out. They did agree to still honor our 90 day warranty even though it happened 2 weeks past, however it still would have cost almost what we paid for the car. We took the vehicle to a different mechanic for a second opinion and found that the transmission was a crappy 2 wheel drive one, even though Harnish sold us an "all wheel drive" and that's what it says on all the paperwork. I'm just in disbelief that such a well known company would knowingly sell a car, even a used one, as an all wheel drive when it is not and also sell one that would break down so soon. More

I had been in the market for a Toyota Rav4 for several months. I looked at many dealerships here in the Portland area and couldn't find any deals on one. It seemed that there was no customer service and everyone selling one was just to make a dollar. I decided to widen my search into the Washington market. I found exactly what I wanted at Subaru of Puyallup 2 1/2 hours away from my home. I emailed their internet manager Shelly Meysenburg about the information on the Rav4. She was so helpful & kept me posted by email everything I needed to know. She even got me a great deal on the price that was listed. Amazing customer service! When I emailed back that I would be in the next evening to test drive it, Le'Shung Gage told me she had put a sold sign on it & took it off the lot. She said "Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow night". She went above & beyond customer service! Last dealership said they would hold it until I got there..only to have sold it before I arrived. Both Shelly & Le'Shung made me feel like an important customer. Subaru of Puyallup is very lucky to have these two great employees. When I arrived to the dealership around 7:00pm the next day I met my sales person Kymberly Fuhrman. Right from the start she was very friendly & very knowledgeable. She even helped me with my new I Phone! I felt bad that after all the paperwork we had to do it was getting late. Kym said "It doesn't matter how long this takes.. We are going to make sure you drive your new Rav4 home tonight". I couldn't ask for anyone better than Kym. She has stayed in contact to make sure everything is going great also. If I am ever in the market for another car.. I know to call Shelly, LeShung & especially Kym. I have told my friends & family here in Portland that it is really worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to buy a car from Subaru of Puyallup. More

We were extremely pleased with the professional way that Jerry and Matt carried out their duties and the overall experience was a pleasure.
