CROOKS, Scoundrels, do not trust these people. To make my experience worse they had me sign an electronic signature pad that had been expanded so you could sign but not see what you were signing. I have been waiting for the corrected amount but they say that it will take 6 weeks to get me the correct amount. But they expect me to make a payment based on trust what a joke until they get me the correct paperwork I will not be making a payment. DO NOT TRUST SUBURBAN FORD!!! Bought a used 2020 Blazer from this dealership, supposedly the interior was detailed but my wife said it was dirty and all the tires were low on air when we got it home. They also did not give us a full tank of gas for a $33K car, that I feel is just cheap of them. The oil life was a 60% as well so they did not give the car an oil change in their inspection process. They tried to sell us an extended warrantee for $6K - I told them that is was too high - somehow $2K dollars came off the price within minutes - seems like they were gouging us. When we got home we had a little bit of buyer's remorse and call our sales guy back and ask if we could return the car if we were not happy with it and we promised to purchase another car from them - never got a call back from anyone about this. I am not very happy with them and will not make the trip out to them when I am in the market for a new car. More
