Bought a 2015 ford F150 XLT in 2019 and had a decent experience. It took them a little long to get everything done while i picked it up, remember it is a used car and no warrenties. Anyhow the car only experience. It took them a little long to get everything done while i picked it up, remember it is a used car and no warrenties. Anyhow the car only had one set of keys and the sales guy told me to get the second anytime. Between covid and work i had no need to get a second key unntil now that i am sharing the car with wife. The dealership wants 200 dollars since they have no record of it. I will take my business somwhere else next time. No room in heaven for car sales people for sure. More
