Yesterday, we had another great experience! Ed Rogin met us at the door and immediately got to work finding our truck and a good deal on it. He was very patient, and was absolutely determined to find us the right truck. Then he proceeded to help us negotiate the deal we needed on said truck. These guys did the work!. They listened to us and went back and forth over and over until till we got the deal we were looking for! I really appreciate that I had a number in my head and that I was able to stick with my numbers! And get a great vehicle! Beyond our expectations. What are YOU waiting for? Just by pure luck, the service advisor that was available to me at my initial visit to Suburban Ford of Waterford's Service was David Deckard. Because of the excellent service that David Deckard provided to me during my initial visit, for my second visit to the service department of Suburban Ford of Waterford, I again asked for David Deckard and, just as with my initial visit, David Deckard provided me with top-notch customer service. Ever since those first two very positive customer service experiences with David Deckard, every time I need service on my vehicle, I deal exclusively with David Deckard. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, personable, and goes out of his way to be sure that I am completely satisfied with the service that he has provided.
