I walked into the dealership to look around and see if I liked anything. I had already been to 3 dealerships and was less than impressed with the customer service, which was surprising. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by this young man who was not only genuinely friendly he was also very knowledgeable about the inventory. He asked me a lot of questions as to what I was expecting from purchasing a new vehicle. I had never expected that before. No hard sell, no pressure just genuine concern and I knew I was leaving with a new car based on this young man’s superior knowledge and experience. I am the proud new owner of a brand new MX5 Miata. He has already called to check in on me to make sure I was satisfied with my new car. At 55 years of age I can honestly say this should be the benchmark for anyone in the customer service industry. Very clean show room and friendly staff. Our salesman was great (Levi). Car is great shape. Transaction (cash) was painstakingly slow.
