I work a lot to get the little bit of money that I have. I was completely taken advantage of by this dealership. I don't know anything about cars or costs, but I do know that $16,000 in taxes and fees is an I was completely taken advantage of by this dealership. I was not given the specifics like gas mileage and tank size, and I'm pretty sure I paid for crap that was completely unnecessary and didn't ask for. I don't have options like most people and it took a lot for me to decide on buying a vehicle simply because I knew this would happen. Why rip off someone who literally has nothing simply because the individual doesn't know anything about vehicles? I'll never go to this place for service or referrals. A thief truly will smile and shake your hand while taking all your money; that's for sure! Taking advantage of people must be their customer policy. Don't go here. I really wanted to write a good review, but I don't have physical copies to go over, and I don't own a computer, so can't check whatever it is they have me. If there's anything even on it. Not having a way to get to work really left me with no options, and having spent so long of time after work at the dealership and major lack of sleep, I was exhausted and had no choice but to sign because I didn't have any money left for another down payment and they weren't going to refund what I gave them so I was left with no options and I had no energy for negotiation. Now, I'm absolutely stressed out and trying to figure out how to buy food for myself and can't sleep due to the fact I feel like I've been completely taken advantage of in every way possible and that I was just a joke to them. Lesson learned on my part! More
