Like I told Michael, if I could leave a million star review I would! First off, I was promptly contacted when they opened after I was up all night basically trying to find the Explorer I wanted. The pricing I saw was a little higher than I expected because I saw the vehicle on TrueCar. So because I’m impatient I started looking at other dealerships. I went to Gene Butman in Ypsilanti because it was literally down the street. Needless to say, they weren’t helpful. They were “running” my app for hours somehow even though they didn’t have cars and at the time didn’t have customers. By the time I got my financing offer from Suburban I still hadn’t heard anything from Butman. I literally did most of the work by talking with Michael via text/email so by the time I got there later in the day I was good to go. Did a quick test drive, signed the paperwork with this rather fancy mega tablet looking device (definitely made that part so much cooler). I didn’t trade in at the time because I thought I was locked into another plan with my old vehicle. But when I went back in to sell my car after the fact they got me a better offer than the suburban dodge dealer up the street. It seems like overall everyone there is willing to go above and beyond to help the customer whether your buying a Toyota or one of the used cars they have in their possession. I would DEFINITELY recommend Michael, Mr. Levy (I’m so sorry I forgot his first name) and even the person that got me the trade in offer. I live about 40ish minutes away but I definitely didn’t mind driving there and back multiple times because they’ve literally made my dreams come true! And I didn’t have to settle for something I would’ve been trying to get rid of in a year! More
