What was discussed on phone and email was what was delivered. From Gwendolyn G. to Don Yu, and James Gerrard, it was clock work and cake walk. Gwendolyn G. is definitely a strong spokesperson for Suburban Toyota, and I doubt if nobody will not be convinced and assured by her to by from Suburban Toyota. Don was great, and didn't waste our time at all. He knew what he was doing, and with James' support and expertise, all was delivered as discussed and agreed, and we took our Sienna home with joy. I don't think all car dealerships can guarantee this experience. Thank you Suburban Toyota. My contacts and I will continue to spread business to you if you continue to provide great experience to all. More

From beginning my search in troy at toyota with my salesman Joe "JC" Chartier to finding my perfect highlander at toyota of Farmington Hills. I was treated with respect and kindness. I really felt like my time was valuable and they understood my needs and wants. Ryan prince, Zach lukenbill and Kelvin toma all made me feel like I was the most important person in the dealership even though I didn't start my search with them. my kids even enjoyed the experience!
