Believe me, I’ve purchased many cars from many sales people. Michael is at the top of the list. We NEVER felt pressured so that he would get a sale. He provided all the information we needed and he made sure we understood various features on the Camry. His patience as we flip flopped on two different cars, and the trying to decide on color was appreciated. He offered enough information but let us make the final decisions. BUYER BEWARE!!! My wife and I purchased a M Benz CLK 550 from this dealership in late Dec....After 2 weeks of ownership the check engine light came on. Per my salesma My wife and I purchased a M Benz CLK 550 from this dealership in late Dec....After 2 weeks of ownership the check engine light came on. Per my salesman Robert, suggested that I bring the vehicle into the service dept. After speaking with the service manager (Ryan) instructed me to take the vehicle into my local M Benz dealership to address the problems which I did. After the vehicle was inspected by M. Benz of Ann Arbor (Michigan), I was informed that repairs would total $6,000.00. After a meeting with Robert and Cody it was suggested by Cody ( Sales Manager), that we trade the vehicle in which my wife didn't want to do. The following day I spoke with my salesperson Robert and asked if I or he could request some monetary assistance with the repairs. I attempted to contact Cody but my calls and or request for assistance went UNANSWERED...Sorry to say I would not buy a stick of gum let alone a car from this dealership, with this type of customer service....At the very least they could have offered to pay something towards the repairs....the car 2007 M. Benz had only 27,000 miles on it. The BG vehicle warranty did not cover the items which needed repairs. More

2019 Rav4 I worked with Michael Joh. He is friendly, and knows what he is doing! He gave me detailed information about the upgrades in the 2019 design and impr I worked with Michael Joh. He is friendly, and knows what he is doing! He gave me detailed information about the upgrades in the 2019 design and improvements in the amazing technology- so that I could understand it! His guidance and encouragement during the test drive gave me the confidence to feel comfortable with the Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. He was able to complete the purchase agreement smoothly. He answered my questions and made great recommendations. He demonstrated that he knows the cars, and he could figure out what Trim selection best matched my personal needs. He did not try to up-sell me. Before I left the lot, he spent about 45 minutes in he car with me to explain the dashboard features, setting up my radio stations, and gave me hints when to engage the snow mode switch and the VSC OFF switch. His suggestion of the Adventure Lunar Rock turned out to be great purchase - just so fun to drive and looks really cool! I also worked with Zach Lukenbill for the financial issues. He, too, is friendly, knowledgeable and prepared the lease documents quickly and professionally. He answered my questions, explained the various optional add-ons. I didn't feel any pressure. Great experience! I left knowing if I had any problems with the Service department that I could turn to him for help. More
