I came to Suburban Toyota with a very open mind: Toyota was only one of my choices. I had visited many other dealerships of various brands and had met many sales people. I feel very fortunate that I met M was only one of my choices. I had visited many other dealerships of various brands and had met many sales people. I feel very fortunate that I met Michael. He has a perfect blend of knowledge of his cars, understanding of his customers’ needs, and genuine desire to match them with the right cars. I would recommend Michael to anyone who wants to buy a Toyota. I stopped by Suburban Toyota for the very first time for a repair of my Prius a couple of months ago because a metal panel seemed to be falling off under the belly. My first visit. They checked it out and told me that it only required a few harnesses. They did not charge me anything and sent me on my way. Anything costs extra these days, and not to mention labor costs. Suburban Toyota is a rare find these days! More

I know Alex from June-2022, when he helped me thru my journey of Booking my First TOYOTA Car- RAV4 Hybrid XLE and was giving me constant updates throughout 9 months LONG waiting.
