I have been using this dealership for several years now and they are okay. This Service Advisor Roger Cole is very rude and should improve his skills as he is in a customer facing role. Very disrespectful and they are okay. This Service Advisor Roger Cole is very rude and should improve his skills as he is in a customer facing role. Very disrespectful and uncommunicative to the customers. Would have avoided this dealership, but I will need to drive an extra 10 miles to go to the next Toyota dealership. If I go back to this dealership for any service, I really hope I do not need to deal with this unfriendly Service Advisor. More
