The epitome of worst I’ve been fooled by this dealership. I questioned a $500 charged on the Purchase receipt stating that it is aftermarkets. Their explanation was that it is for free oil change from 10k to 50k services and no further details of the service package. It was just an email. When I brought the car for it’s 1st oil change, what they’re telling me is different. When I ask for someone to speak with, this dude Jimm seems to ignored it and just want me to leave, dude.. you are so arrogant! More
Unprofessional rookie dealership Went in to find out about their lease deal. Explained only about the Passat, when I was interested in a Jetta and a Passat. Sales Representative accom Went in to find out about their lease deal. Explained only about the Passat, when I was interested in a Jetta and a Passat. Sales Representative accompanied me on the test drive while he explained in detail about the car. Here's the bad part, made me wait about 45min to get my car appraised. Even after a briefing on how to drive my old BMW manual transmission car they managed to mess up the transmission. Now it feels very loose and floppy between the gear shift and shift rod. It was a little stiff to begin with 192k miles but its noticeably loose now like something is broken and shift very weird. On top of that they took another 40 mins to show me numbers. To everyone taking their car for an assessment please accompany these sales representatives, cause they will not care for your car. More

From bad to great I was in a serious accident and my 2016 Passat was beyond repair. I went in to Joe Shannon, who worked with me on my previous lease. Both he and Steve were very understanding and helpful in getting my new lease done within 3 hours of my arrival. Also, the Passat did a great job at keeping me from being injured. I recommend Joe (and the Passat) highly. More
Diesel Buyback Issue - Joe Shannon I went to the Suburban VW because I have a Diesel buyback car issue. I was really frustrated because even though I have all the proper VW paper work c I went to the Suburban VW because I have a Diesel buyback car issue. I was really frustrated because even though I have all the proper VW paper work completed, I couldn't get a buyback date. Joe Shannon (VW sales) came to me and asked what problems I was having. I told him. He took the time (1 to 2 hours) to go online with VW company and did whatever possible to help remedy my problem. The next morning I received an e-mail form the VW company. I now had access to schedule my buyback appointment. I want to thank Joe Shannon for going the extra mile to help me out. He is in sales and does not work Diesel Buyback issue. Really a professional and class person. Done hesitate and ask for Joe when you look for your new VW. By the way VW has great and exciting products. Ron More
I just got my baby back. I just picked up my Passat from the service department. I had to take it in for a check engine light came on 2 days after I got it back from a differe I just picked up my Passat from the service department. I had to take it in for a check engine light came on 2 days after I got it back from a different dealership near Flint. The other dealership had the car for 12 days and still did not complete the repair properly. I only had it toed to the other dealership because because after waiting 2 hours on the side of the freeway in freezing temps AAA could not find someone to tow it back to Suburban so I agreed to have it towed to the nearest VW dealer. Suburban fixed my car properly and checked the car over thoroughly to restore my confidence in my two mouth old car. If I ever am stuck on the side of the road again I will wait as long as it takes to have my car towed back to suburban. More
