"First new car (S60) purchase in many years"

I recently purchased a new Volvo S60 from Suburban Volvo, after many years of owning used Volvo's. My sales rep,Kelly Ashton was a pleasure to work with. She went out of her way to make sure all my needs were met. Nick the finance manager also was very attentive to my needs. He helped me pick the right add on protection (Tire and rim package). Overall a great experience.

"Purchasing a new Volvo"

There is no need to give a favorable rating to a Volvo as that's a no brainer. I would like to share that the Suburban Dealership is very professional and helpful at all points of the process. The salesman that showed us vehicles, Michael Force, was attentive with good follow up on questions and showed us different versions of every model we were interested in purchasing. When we made a final choice, he quickly bought in the sales manager to close the deal, and the "paperwork" team to make it official. We picked up the car the next day and he reviewed all the features of the new vehicle, a V60, which are substantial and complicated. Michael is a new sales rep and when we asked a question he couldn't answer, be immediately got the help of a more experienced sales rep who was able to answer the questions or demonstrate the features. When my wife (this is her car) returned with more questions the next day, Michael took the time to answer everything. An excellent dealership comradery clearly exists. Highly recommended.
