I'm not from your area and this past Saturday my truck 2023 GMC Serria had an issue with the fuel control module on I-75. We live in Destin Florida and was trying to get home to see if we had any damage from the hurricane and Brittnay went out of her way to locate us a rental car before the end of the day because it was starting to get late. She didn't stop until she had it all worked out knowing that my truck was not going to get looked at until Monday morning because there was no diesel mechanic working that day. She really put my wife and I at ease and we were able to get home that day. On Monday at approximately 1000 Brittnay called and said my truck was repaired and it was a recall notice that I had just received in the mail the day prior to us departing to south Florida in which stated to make an appointment at our earliest convenience. I stated to my wife that we would make an appointment as soon as we returned from our trip. None the less the part went out in your area. It was a pleasure dealing with Brittnay and your dealership. Even though we had to drive almost five hours back down to pick up my truck. Employees like Brittnay are hard to find these days. You have something special in that young lady. Although I had my coupon with me, I forgot to present it at the dealership. I realized it in less than a half hour and called the service department.
