We would like to share our experience at Sullivan Cadillac. Initially, when we entered one of the dealership buildings, we were not well received by the representative who approached us. Unfortunatel Cadillac. Initially, when we entered one of the dealership buildings, we were not well received by the representative who approached us. Unfortunately, that person did not seem familiar with the inventory and showed little interest in assisting us. Thankfully, everything changed when we met Shelby (or better yet, when she found us while we were walking around the lot). Shelby had excellent knowledge of the inventory and went above and beyond to show us two vehicles, including one that had just arrived and was not yet listed. She was kind, professional, and allowed us to do a test drive even late on a Sunday afternoon. Shelby Moscorelli patiently answered all of our many questions, whether by phone or text, and made herself available for a second test drive while also helping resolve a few small details related to the vehicle. From our first interaction to closing the deal, Shelby was outstanding. We highly recommend asking for Shelby if you are looking to purchase a vehicle at Sullivan Cadillac.
